    【摘要】目的：实习护生掌握本科室实习大纲内容，提高病情观察能力，应急配合能力，动手能力及有效沟通能力。方法： 根据以往带教中存在的问题进行分析，讨论并制定出相应措施。结果： 改进后的措施，可有效提高护生实习质量。结论：通过提高带教教师素质，完善教学质控，采用科学施教，取得较好的实习效果。
